The protein supplement is one of the very essential nutrients for our body. You can get protein from your food items. 70% of our body muscles and tissue is made from proteins. Protein is essential for every human being, it is not only better that people who go to the gym can take it. Everyone can eat it.

Protein is consumed by both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. Our nails and hair are mostly made of protein. It works in the body to repair tissue and to make new ones; the muscles are made up of 21 types of amino acids. Of which 9 types of amino have to be taken from outside.

  3. Protein immediately gives energy and protects your muscles from breaking. This also increases the size of your muscles.
