  4. Leaving breath and returning to the initial position.
  5. Repeat four to five times and relax.

Uttanasana

Uttanasana Yoga

  1. Stand upright while keeping the feet close. Keep in mind that knees, heels, and thumbs of the feet are touching each other.
  2. Breathe and lift your hands while breathing and tilt forward. Touch the ground with fingers and palm of the hand. Breathe normally and stay in this post for a few seconds. Taking in the breath and returning back to the starting currency.
  3. Repeat this process five times.

Adho Mukha Savasana

Adho Mukha Savasana Yoga

  1. Stand on the knee and palm. Keep your hands on the right side of the shoulder.
  2. Push the hips upwards while keeping the feet straight. Keep in mind that the heels remain on the ground.
  3. To straighten the back, press the palm in front of the ground. Stay in this position for five seconds.
  4. Bring down the hips slowly and return to the starting position. Repeat this

Sirsasana

Sirsasana Yoga

  1. Kneel down along with your buttocks resting on the heels of your feet.
  2. Lean forward and place your forearms on the ground and interlock the fingers of each of your hands.
  3. Place the top of your head flat on the ground whereas pressing the back of your head against the interlocked arms and carry your heels.
  4. Stay still during this position and come to normal position after some minutes.

Balayam Yoga

Balayam Yoga

  1. Bring your hands close and rub your fingernails (except thumb) of each your hands.
  2. Try to rub the surface of the fingernails hardly against one another.
